In this project, a rapid testing system is to be developed that can detect Y-chromosome-specific nucleic acid sequences. The test is intended to provide an additional, easy-to-use method for detecting Y chromosomes in the field of forensic science.
In diesem Projekt soll ein Schnelltestsystemen entwickelt werden, dass für das Y-Chromosom spezifische Nukleinsäuresequenzen detektieren kann. Der Test soll im Bereich der Forensik eine zusätzliche, einfach handhabbare Methodik zum Nachweis von Y-Chromosomen bereitstellen.
