The SERATEC® Amylase Saliva Test serves the rapid identification of human saliva via the identification of human alpha-amylase for forensic purposes. The result is interpreted visually by the appearance of a red test line in alpha-amylase positive samples. The test can be used in the lab or directly in the field.

    Product Characteristics

    • 40 individually sealed tests in a box with plastic pipettes and 50 mL dilution buffer
    • Sensitivity: cut-off about 1/1000 (saliva/buffer)
    • Test result after only 10 Minutes
    • Easy in use, no extra preparations needed
